USF Tampa Library History
USF Tampa Library is a major research center located on the main campus of the University of South Florida. It holds over 1.3 million books/extensive electronic resrouces/6,500 e journals subscriptions/500 article databases/48,000 3 books, 150,000 digital images/65,00 audio/visual materials.
It is the epicenter for both faculty and students who conduct research, work on group assignments while providing generous sections of seating and computer access of 140 computer workstations. It comfortable atmosphere offers both inviting place for students to meet as well as a Starbucks Cafe.
Established in 1988, It offers access to unique research materials via Special Collections Department
