I'm reading last night and this morning about CSS vs Tables in dreamweaver and I have opted to create using CSS since I want to streamline the work and be more efficient for changes in the future. I have the top graphic inserted, backgrnd color I want and saved in Page Properites along w/font/color/size. I inserted a table below this to create the names of the 5 pages I will have for the website and make links out of. I saved this and here is a list I just created of books and things I want to look at the USF library today.
